To report your card lost or stolen, call 866-450-4467 for your Gap Credit Card or 866-450-4468 for Silver. Please review your account for any purchases you did not make and report them to the customer service department when you call.

Credit / Debit Card Address Verification. The online Change of Address application allows a customer to submit a Change of Address using a "third" address for validation. This option requires that the move effective date is at least 7 days in the future to allow the Move Validation Letter to reach the old address.
You can request a replacement card or request a check by either logging in to your Turbo Visa® Debit Card account or calling 888-285-4169 and reporting your card lost/stolen. Your card will be delivered in 8-10 days and your check will be delivered in 14-21 business days.
